The Littlewick Green Society is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Policy explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Who are we?

We are The Littlewick Green Society, we run events, support local charities, champion causes of special interest to Littlewick Green, make the voice of Littlewick Green heard by local and national authorities, promote the village and act for the benefit of Littlewick Green residents.

How do we collect information from you and what type of information do we hold?

If you sign up to get our email based News Bulletins or have a copy of our Update, newsletter delivered to your door, we may collect some personal information about you such as name, address, email and telephone/mobile number.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

  • Send you information about local events
  • Send you information about local businesses
  • Seek your views or comments on matters that are relevant to Littlewick Green
  • Invite you to local meetings such as LGS Annual Village Meeting and AGM

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Party software platforms/product providers; we work with products that enable us to email our News Bulletins, send out Surveys etc. We will store in these systems only the information that is necessary to deliver the service.

Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond The Littlewick Green Society committee.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us then you can ask for you information to be removed by using the form below.
